When playing the videos on this page there are some known issues, which we briefly explain here.

I can not view the online stream


To play the online streams you need the Adobe Flash Player and the Adobe Shockwave.

The online stream does not play well


Especially for non - IE browsers (eg Firefox, Chrome, etc) this happens very often with an old Shockwave version which is not automatically updated.

Generally, however, we recommended to update the player.

I cannot run the Video File


Mostly it is simply because the necessary codecs are not installed.

We recommend various codec packs. These serve as a complete solution with all latest codecs.
