I don't know why you are prisoned but I can send heavyarms, the one who prisioned you, a private message asking him to explain on the forum so this case can be resolved.

ahh yay i finally found it gezz it was hard to find any why the reason why i prison u was the kazekage -hidan- sent me msn message asking me on wat i think about the case on taco bell then hidan said that sasuke kun was involved in this then him and me get a message from you Randiez saying to let taco bell out saying he got hacked so hidan kept talking to you about asking you for proof every time u backed off like you had something to hiding something like you new who did or it was really you so me and him agreed on that u where a hacker/multi at that time hidan was going to bed so i prisond you for him

Still, I have to say for Randiez, that are only indications and you need a definite proof to prison somebody. Even if you can assume he is a hacker, without him stating he is, there sadly is no way to find it out.

The cases are getting a lot more troublesome lately. NFG is returning to activity.

He could have been a friend of Taco, but that is for us to see. Still, if he knew, it remains an indication, so you can't prison him as it is no solid proof.

There is a small difference only between indication and proof sometimes, but you need a proof afterall.

I do not mean to defend him, I wish to remain neutral, however, I still have to say this. As much as I want to believe you both, I see an indication on one side and no defense on the other side... Maybe Randiez has not been online yet.

To convict someone you should have 100% proof.

From what you have said you don't you are speculating which can lead to mistakes which can lead to abusing power. I've never talked to Randiez but if he is a bit like me he plays then doesn't play for a few days. I think you should have done a better investigation. Come up with some solid evidence like him admitting to something wrong then you would have enough reason. But for him saying a guy that was imprisoned was hacked and he was stand offish so he must be a bad guy is wrong.

I would be mad as hell if this happened to me. To judge someone correctly you must look at it from every angle including the accused.

I'm not saying you are wrong for thinking he had something to do with it but next time take a few days and get the evidence you need because if we start imprisoning everyone because we think they did something then there would be no one left to play.
