Ah, I am sorry. I updated this like a week ago, but only in my village. To awnser the question, this list features active and inactive ninja; although ninja who cheated to level (Deigo, Naruda, and Gabezor) or ninja who have a DNR will not be added to the list.

The update will be about a week old...I'll do another update soon.
