there is no active nin with power..

there forum is full of usless topics which stops other people from actually posting

Hi I am from the waterfall village, I'm on LV13 and I have been very active it is just that till July I will be inactive because I have the exam season.

fair enough ..then you can agree with me about the terrible state your village is in

I agree with Manz but also the Leaf Village wants an election...

We havn't had an election in 10 months! We are one of the most active villages in this game with 15+ active ninja on. We sit by and watch village after village get elections while we are ignored because our hokage didn't abandon us. He is a good man and Hokage, yet we would like a chance to have a say and vote...Nearly every village has had an election if not 2 in the time we have gone with out one...

Well, the village is allowed to have the kage changed without talking to an admin. However you need an admin to do the ranks.
