Can we please come to a decision about this guy, he should be in prison for doing exactly what gabezor did

multiple times hes been caught at the XXX place
he's a level 49 genin, he wont rank up any more so that he can still use it
now that hes over lvl 40 he can make endless profit off of the ramen shop(like gabezor did)

he has an unfair advantae over other players at this point but every time hes jail some one decides they think hes not guilty


i give up on prison, people refuse to communicate and nothing gets done

in order to come to a decision in this case we need to come to a final decision in the xxxplace case.
i hope this will be in the ambassadors meeting this weekend.

as long as we dont have a rule saying the xxx place is forbidden there will allways be people who free the users of this place because technicaly they didnt violate a rule yet. of course they have an unfair advantage and of course it is unfinished game material. but it still isnt illegal. actually as of now there is almost nothing illegal.

well if gabezor got prisoned for it and no one is leting him out then shouldnt we prison rocboy360 for doin the same thing. itd be only fair.

I have prisoned him, until this is whole thing is settled...If you chose that the xxx place is not illegal to use, I will release him...

Why would they make the XXX place ok to use?

Because some people think it's ok to use it...Like the ones that are releasing prisoners that were put there because of the xxx place...

But of course I do hope that on the ambassador meeting,the matter of the xxx place will be resolved, so that the ones that break the rules about it could finally get jailed for good...

Yeah, and we need to prison some Anbu that get in the way, like the one's releasing all the prisoners...

That also...Ambassadors should make a rule about prisoning ANBUs that release the prisoners just because he/she is his/her friend or maybe even a multi of his/hers other account...

maybe they should make a rule that you have to talk to at least 1 or 2 ambassandors before you release a prisoner. well except of the prisoners where the time is over. who frees a prisoner wich time isnt over yet or who is in dnr without talking to an ambassandor should be prisoned then.

idk if ambassador should have that type of power..

(the asking 2 ambassadors to release) we should be able to come up with a time frame for punishment for whatever law they broke..but idk...lol

I jailed him 3 times today,amn@el did it like few times also,przemokamilo also...and he would always get released...

Remove all ANBU, that's the best solution. They aren't really all that needed anymore and that's it. Okay, maybe allow one ANBU that plays the role of the Vice-Kage in case a Kage goes on holiday or so, but that's it.

Simply forbid the ANBU positions. End of abuse.

I agree with Pyro. no ANBU means only kage can prison and release people. if still someone releases them it must be one of the kages and it is easier to find the who releases people, if there are only 7 persons who can do it

8 persons, the hideout leader (thus their "Kage") also has the power. But if I am not wrong, Neo is still the hideout leader, so count him as a niju shotai.

There is a problem if the ANBU are removed.The kage CAN'T release a prisoner. Only an ANBU can...so at least 1 ANBU is needed .

The XXX only works for the non ranked players right?

Well, i think we should prison everyone that takes advantage of the xxx.

Personally I believe that it should be 1 ANBU and 1 Kage per village.

On topic though, my opinion on the XXX place is that it should be allowed but only until level 20. That gives a good start for someone but does not give too many levels so said person has such a huge lead on the competition. However, it has to be made completely public(if it would be allowed up to a certain level) otherwise I believe it should just be disallowed altogether.

I think that it should be made to where the kages and anbus of 1 village are only allowed to imprison nins from there village seeing how they are suppose to ONLY HAVE POWER IN THEIR VILLAGE.

but ya i know this would never happen because it would be to much work and to many people would start crying about not being able to prison someone.
