And as much as I hate to say this, I do believe the previous Kusakage did let this happen. And I include myself in this one although I don't consider myself to be the worst Kusakage there has ever been anymore.

And yet no one's put him back in prison. Evidentally we have too many Anbu if we can't track which village Anbu's are doing what...
