Question 1 : Under "GENRE" , is there supposed to be a pull-down option screen for selection?

Question 2 : my fanfic is saved as a html document on my computer under My Documents. How do I upload into animemanga?

question 3 : How do I select the Subject? I am unable to select the SUBJECT even though I have clicked on Saiunkoku Monogatari.
