Description
Chakkuramu is a fictional character from the 1988 to 1989 series featuring the hero Kamen Rider BLACK RX. This character serves as a supporting antagonist and is a robotic officer within the Crisis Empire, an evil organization from the planet Crisis. Chakkuramu holds the official position of Chief Cabinet Secretary under the direct command of General Jak, who leads the Earth invasion forces.
