Description
Dr. Kate is a villainous cyborg majin who appears as a primary antagonist in the latter portion of Kamen Rider Stronger, serving as a core member of the Delzer Army. Her physical design stands at 168 centimeters in height and 54 kilograms in weight, with a visual motif inspired by a plumed cockscomb flower, which is reflected in the distinctive shape of her head. She is described in supplementary materials as a descendant of the mythical Yohwa Arraune and the head of a poison squad operating in East Germany.

Dr. Kate emerges onto the scene following the collapse of the Black Satan organization. As the Delzer Army forms under General Shadow, she joins the ranks of its elite Majin Team, a group of powerful cyborgs who toast to their new army's rise. In this new hierarchy, General Shadow declares that whoever succeeds in destroying Kamen Rider Stronger will be named the leader of Delzer, establishing a lethal competition among his subordinates. Her personality is defined by a cunning and duplicitous nature. She initially shows a pragmatic side, honestly acknowledging General Shadow's success in taking over Black Satan, but otherwise demonstrates little loyalty, scheming against her allies when it serves her purposes. She is supremely confident in her abilities, particularly her expertise with deadly toxins, and pursues her goals with a ruthless efficiency.

Within the Delzer Army, Dr. Kate holds the specific designation of a Cyborg Majin and commands her own unit of combatmen, known as Dr. Kate Combatmen, who wear cockscomb masks and possess low brain function, primarily serving to assist her in purifying her poisons. Her primary motivation is to destroy Kamen Rider Stronger in order to claim the position of Delzer leader, a goal she pursues with single-minded focus. To achieve this, she first undertakes a scheme to abduct children, transforming them into roses to siphon their energy and amplify her strength for the coming battle. When confronted by Stronger and his ally Tackle at her base, her attempts to capture the Kamen Rider are initially thwarted by a rival, Staff Officer Steel, who interferes out of a desire to claim the victory for himself. Dr. Kate ultimately contributes to Steel's destruction by releasing her poison gas during the conflict.

Dr. Kate possesses a formidable arsenal of abilities centered almost entirely on poison. Her entire body is effectively a mass of toxin, capable of killing an opponent with a mere touch. From her head or her Cockscomb Wand, she can discharge a variety of dangerous substances. One of her most terrifying powers is a poisonous liquid that does not simply kill a victim but transforms them into giant, talking cockscomb flowers. She is also capable of shapeshifting, able to take the form of a giant cockscomb flower or cover an opponent with her cloak to transmute them. Her signature attack is the Kate Gas, a feared poison that causes the victim's body to become numb and paralyzed. Even among the other dangerous generals of the Delzer Army, this gas is regarded with special fear. Despite her immense lethal power, Dr. Kate has a critical vulnerability. Due to her plant-based motif, she is extremely weak to fire. Stronger discovers this weakness during their battle and uses it to drive her away, as her plant physiology cannot withstand intense heat or flames.

Her key relationship is not with Stronger directly, but with his ally, Tackle. In her final confrontation, Dr. Kate engages the heroine and successfully inflicts a fatal wound, poisoning her with the Kate Gas. Knowing that she has little time left to live because of this poison, Tackle makes the ultimate sacrifice, using her life in a final, devastating technique known as the Ultra Cyclone. This attack destroys Dr. Kate, but at the cost of Tackle's own life. In this sense, her character arc concludes not as a direct victim of the title hero, but as the catalyst for a major tragic turning point in the series, ultimately being destroyed by the very poison she was so proud of.
