Description
Dr. Noroi is the true leader of the Government of Darkness, often abbreviated as G.O.D., serving as the main antagonist of Kamen Rider X. Before his turn to villainy, he was a university teacher and a friend of Keitaro Jin, the father of the protagonist Keisuke Jin. In this earlier period of his life, he was a respected colleague of Keitaro at Jouhoku University, making his eventual betrayal deeply personal.
Dr. Noroi is characterized by a mastermind personality, preferring to operate from the shadows while controlling his organization's operations.
