Description
Genghis Khan Condor is a kaijin, a monster character, from the television series Kamen Rider X. He is a member of the G.O.D. (Government of Darkness) organization's "Akunin Kaijin" or "Evil People Corps," serving as the first of this new group of monsters.

In terms of background, Genghis Khan Condor is a cybernetic creation of the secret G.O.D. organization. He was engineered by combining the "demon heart" of the historical conqueror Genghis Khan, also known as Temujin, with the ferocious and aggressive nature of a condor. His very origin is rooted in mass slaughter, intended to weaponize the ruthless and expansionist spirit attributed to the Mongol emperor. His physical appearance is a blend of these two elements, featuring a condor-like head with a human-like mouth, almost as if a person is wearing a condor-shaped helmet. Standing 191 centimeters tall and weighing 86 kilograms, he is a imposing figure.

Genghis Khan Condor is portrayed as a cunning and strategic operative, driven by a straightforward yet horrific motivation: to conquer Japan by transforming its population into vampires. He operates under the direct command of the new, powerful G.O.D. leader, King Dark, who tasks him with a specific "Japan Vampirization Plan". This involves using his unique abilities to create an army of subservient "blood slaves," spreading chaos and control from within.

Genghis Khan Condor is introduced in episode 22 of Kamen Rider X, titled "The Terrifying Giant! King Dark Appears," marking a significant shift in the series as the previous mythological monsters are replaced by historical-figure-based villains. His primary role in the story is to act as the first major antagonist under King Dark and to demonstrate the new threat level faced by the hero, Keisuke Jin, also known as Kamen Rider X. He establishes a secret base of operations, often disguising himself as a hospital director to blend in with human society and carry out his plan undetected. He targets individuals close to Kamen Rider X, including the hero's allies Mako, Chiko, and Tobei Tachibana, turning them into his blood slaves to use as psychological weapons and to orchestrate a trap. A key moment in his role is successfully kidnapping Keisuke Jin, only to fail when the hero proves immune to his vampiric infection due to his cybernetic nature.

Regarding key relationships, his most important connection is with his master, King Dark, whose orders he follows without question. He views the humans he infects as his "blood slaves," tools to be used and discarded for his mission. One notable victim is a young woman named Sanae, a friend of Mako and Chiko, who becomes his first slave and is instrumental in his initial attack on the hero's allies. His primary adversary is Kamen Rider X, whom he initially manages to outmaneuver but ultimately cannot defeat in direct combat.

In terms of development, Genghis Khan Condor does not undergo a personal transformation. He appears as a fully realized threat and is defeated in the same episode he is introduced, a common narrative structure for monster-of-the-week antagonists in this era. Upon his destruction by Kamen Rider X's finishing move, the X Kick, all of his victims are freed from his vampiric control, and he explodes. He later reappears as a "revived怪人" (revived monster) in the theatrical film, Five Riders vs. King Dark, serving once again as an enemy to the collective Kamen Riders.

Genghis Khan Condor possesses several notable abilities for combat and infiltration. His primary power is creating more of his kind by biting a human on the wrist and injecting a "vampireビールス" (vampire virus), turning the victim instantly into an obedient "blood slave". These slaves can then bite others, spreading the infection like a pandemic. He can fly at high speeds using his condor wings. He wields a large spear as his main melee weapon. His primary ranged attack is the Genghis Khan Fire, a torrent of hot sparks or a rapid-fire projectile shot from his mouth. He can also deploy a pair of small, remote-controlled condor-shaped robots called Mini Condors to intimidate and attack opponents. Despite his bird-like theme, he is also surprisingly agile on the ground, capable of performing a series of cartwheels in combat. He is vulnerable when the nozzle for his Genghis Khan Fire is blocked or destroyed, which is the tactic Kamen Rider X uses to defeat him.
