Kana Yuki is a minor character in Battle Royale II: Requiem. She is a 15-year-old female student who was a basketball player. Raised by her grandfather, she grew up on a farm and developed a deep love for animals. She was a local girl who came to regret her decision to transfer to Shikanotoride, the school from which the students are forcibly taken. Her background suggests a connection to a more rural, pastoral life that contrasts sharply with the brutal urban warfare she is thrust into. She was friends with another student, Ayane Yagi.

Within the story, Kana Yuki is among the first wave of casualties during the program’s initial assault. She was partnered with another student, Eri Yoshiyama, who also perishes in the same explosion.
