Description
In the alternate reality depicted in the film, the character who becomes Kamen Rider Orga is Yuji Kiba, a young man who is also the Horse Orphnoch. This version of Kiba exists in a world where the Orphnochs, evolved beings meant to succeed humanity, have largely won. The Smart Brain corporation rules over a world where humans are a dwindling, persecuted minority.
Kamen Rider Orga is the result of the Orga Gear, one of the "Emperor Belts," also designated as SB-000. The transformation code 000 is the source of the character's alternative name. The gear was created by Smart Brain as a "perfect" piece of equipment, designed specifically to be worn only by an Orphnoch due to the immense power it generates. Unlike standard Rider Gears, the Orga Gear produces a vast amount of Photon Blood, the energy source that powers the suit, which flows through gold-colored paths called Omega Streams. The armor itself is more ornate than others, featuring a majestic cape-like robe made of Soul Foam and a large red dome on the chest called the Orga Core, which acts as a primary energy bank.
In the story, Yuji Kiba initially acts as a sympathizer to the human resistance. However, he is tricked and captured by Smart Brain, who manipulate him into believing that his human friends, including Mari Sonoda, have betrayed him and led to the deaths of his fellow Orphnoch companions. Consumed by this sense of betrayal and his subsequent loss of faith in humanity, Kiba is easily swayed to side with Smart Brain. He is given the Orga Gear as a result, transforming into Kamen Rider Orga to become the final obstacle for the remaining human resistance fighters.
His primary role in the narrative is as the final enemy rider. After the previous enemy, Kamen Rider Psyga, is defeated, Orga is sent to fight the protagonist, Takumi Inui, who transforms into Kamen Rider Faiz. In this confrontation, Kiba's desire to eradicate humanity is not born of pure malice but of a deep, profound sense of hurt and isolation. His motivation is to live as an Orphnoch, rejecting the human companions he believes have discarded him. The key relationship in this arc is his friendship with Takumi Inui. Takumi refuses to give up on Kiba, seeing through Smart Brain's deception. During their battle, Takumi manages to remind Kiba of his true nature and values, breaking the hold of the corporation's manipulation.
This marks the character's development. Kiba, realizing his mistake, is not killed by Faiz but is mortally wounded while helping to defend Mari Sonoda from the rampaging Elasmotherium Orphnoch. He uses the last of his strength to wound the creature, allowing Faiz to destroy it. His final act is one of redemption and sacrifice, dying to protect the very people he was manipulated into hating. The Orga Gear self-destructs following his death.
As Kamen Rider Orga, notable abilities include immense punching power measured at 4.5 tons and kicking power at 9 tons, though his movement speed is noted as being slower than Kamen Rider Faiz. His primary weapon is the Orga Stlanzer, a large sword that is not disguised as a common object. Its finishing attack is the Orga Stlash, where the sword extends a blade of concentrated Photon Blood energy that can capture or destroy an enemy. The suit also features a Crystal Scope visor that provides enhanced vision, including rudimentary x-ray sight, and the Wise Man Robe cape is theoretically capable of withstanding extreme heat, comparable to the surface of the sun.
