Matsuo is a minor character exclusive to the live-action series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. He serves as an underling to Sugao Saitou, the manager of Minako Aino. His name is never spoken aloud within the series itself and can only be found in the end credits. Matsuo first appears in Act 11, during the storyline where Minako is hospitalized after a car accident caused by Zoisite.
