Paralyzed by Oboro during a desert confrontation, he was confined to a wheelchair and bore facial scarring on his left side, potentially dating to his military service. Kutheimer led a Neo-Nazi faction based in Egypt, employing Bo Brantz as his chief bodyguard. The faction actively sought out-of-place artifacts for militaristic applications. Visual portrayals differed, with the anime omitting swastikas present in the manga. His story concluded when a shockwave from the Vajrayana artifact struck him; immobilized in his wheelchair, he could not evade the blast and was killed.
