Description
Colonel MacDougal is a cybernetically enhanced child weapon forged by classified military experiments within the rogue Pentagon division MJ-12 or the U.S. Machine Corps. His appearance as a young albino child, marked by heterochromia (one blue eye, one yellow) and gray hair, starkly contrasts his lethal nature. Surgical brain implants—a magnetic field amplifier and a psychic enhancer—grant extreme telekinetic abilities, enabling him to generate force fields, psychically disintegrate or mutilate targets, and tear apart armored opponents. However, overusing these powers induces severe cranial pain and risks fatal cerebral explosion, requiring constant technical maintenance from his creators for stabilization.

As field commander of the Machiner’s Platoon, he orchestrates global assaults targeting ARCAM Corporation agents, aiming to locate Noah’s Ark on Mount Ararat. Upon infiltrating the Ark, he identifies its extraterrestrial origins and interprets its life-creation capabilities as divine proof of his destiny to "rebuild" Earth. Declaring himself a god, he activates the Ark’s global warming function, triggering worldwide cataclysmic environmental disasters. His omnicidal motivation stems from a belief that inherently destructive humanity requires extermination to restore planetary balance, viewing humans as Earth's primary threat.

During the Ark's activation, he battles ARCAM agent Yu Ominae. Recognizing Yu’s tattoo linking him to the black-ops child-soldier program Project COSMOS, MacDougal asserts they are both "living weapons," though Yu rejects this identity. Their conflict culminates in Yu stabbing him in the chest. Surviving the initial blow, MacDougal expends his remaining energy to psychically assault Yu before triggering the Ark’s self-destruct sequence. As a spacetime rift consumes the structure, he warns Yu that other Arks exist globally and laughs maniacally before being erased by the void, finalizing his role as a genocidal antagonist defined by military augmentation, god-complex delusions, and apocalyptic actions.
