Description
Komugi Yoshida is the main protagonist of the series. She is a 14-year-old second-year middle school student who works as a cosplayer and training idol. Her dream is to become a famous idol, though her popularity remains limited and she only secures small local gigs and events. She lives with her family, including her parents and younger brother.
Komugi is highly energetic and spirited, often coming across as clumsy but always managing to brighten the mood of those around her. She is not particularly academically gifted, but she makes up for it with determination and an optimistic outlook. She has a playful, sometimes lazy side and does not initially take her magical girl duties very seriously, preferring to focus on her idol career.
Her encounter with a wounded, rabbit-like creature named Usa-P changes her life. Out of kindness, she helps the creature, and in return Usa-P asks her to become a Legendary Girl with magical powers. Komugi reluctantly accepts and transforms into Magical Nurse, a nurse-themed magical girl. From that point on, she must balance her three lives as a student, an idol, and a magical fighter against mysterious masked figures.
Komugi’s key relationships include her classmates and fellow idols Kokona Saionji and Tsukasa Kisaragi, who are also granted magical powers and become Magical Maid and Magical Sister respectively. The three are both friends and rivals, often competing in their idol careers while fighting together as magical girls. Usa-P serves as her magical partner and guide, while her family provides a supportive home environment.
Over the course of the story, Komugi matures from a reluctant and carefree magical girl into someone who takes her responsibilities more seriously.
