Description
Kasumi Chigusa is a main character and the male protagonist of the Chiba City arc within the story. He serves as the student representative and sub-head of Chiba, a reclaimed defensive city, where he works alongside his younger sister, Asuha Chigusa, who holds the position of head. In battle, Kasumi typically occupies the role of a sniper, providing long-range support for his allies.
Kasumi is characterized by a cynical and pragmatic personality. He is a realist who often openly boasts about his own failures, a habit that makes him stand out from other characters and contributes to his low ranking among students. For instance, his rank is initially 207th and later drops to 213th, a status about which he appears completely apathetic.
