Natori is an elderly cat who serves as a loyal advisor to the Cat King in the Cat Kingdom. He possesses grey fur and black eyes, and his demeanor is generally reserved and exceedingly polite toward his monarch. Despite his unwavering loyalty, Natori is also forward‑thinking and cautious; he frequently attempts to warn the king when the ruler’s arbitrary decisions go too far. His primary motivation is to protect the kingdom’s stability and to quietly guide the king away from disastrous choices, most notably the plan to force Haru Yoshioka into marriage with Prince Lune. Natori does not openly oppose the king, but he works behind the scenes to subvert the arranged marriage, often finding that his well‑intentioned interference is accidentally thwarted by another servant, Natoru. His role in the story is that of a supporting character who represents the voice of reason within the Cat King’s court, and he remains a steadfast attendant throughout the events of the film.
