Description
Daisuke Hiyama emerges as a high school student with cropped brown hair and sharp, piercing eyes, his fang-like tooth accentuating a delinquent aura reinforced by a habitually confrontational stance. Consumed by jealousy and arrogance, yet underpinned by cowardice, his motivations spiral around an obsessive fixation on classmate Kaori Shirasaki, whose approval he relentlessly pursues. This obsession drives his systematic bullying of Hajime Nagumo, perceived as a romantic rival, through verbal taunts and physical aggression, often aided by his entourage.

Upon being summoned to Tortus alongside his class, Daisuke inherits the "Light Warrior" class, granting enhanced agility and fire magic—though his abilities pale against peers. Witnessing Kaori’s unwavering concern for Hajime deepens his resentment, culminating in a treacherous act during a dungeon delve: amidst combat chaos, he hurls a fireball at Hajime, sending him plummeting into the Orcus Labyrinth’s abyss. Tormented briefly by guilt, Daisuke justifies his betrayal as a sacrifice for Kaori’s future, only to fall under Eri Nakamura’s control after she witnesses his crime. Blackmailed into compliance, he aids her subversive schemes against the Heiligh Kingdom, lured by false promises of uniting with Kaori.

Collaborating with Eri accelerates Daisuke’s moral decay. He assists in assassinating knights to fuel her necromantic rituals, his desperation mounting upon Hajime’s unexpected return, now wielding overwhelming power. Feigning remorse, Daisuke’s deceit unravels, exposing his treachery. His actions grow recklessly unhinged, culminating in a frenzied assault on the royal capital where he attempts to stab Kaori, intending her resurrection as Eri’s undead thrall. Hajime thwarts the attack, brutally injuring Daisuke and casting him into a swarm of monsters that tear him apart alive.

His demise concludes a path defined by self-serving abandon. Surviving family members futilely seek retribution, while former allies disavow his legacy. Daisuke’s choices ripple through the narrative, amplifying conflicts and underscoring the devastation wrought by unchecked envy and moral collapse.
