Description
Cyborg #14 is a fictional character created by Dr. Gero's supercomputer, appearing as a primary antagonist in the 1992 anime film Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13!. He is an artificial being, built with the sole programming objective of assassinating the Saiyan warrior Son Goku, as part of Gero's lingering vendetta against the hero who dismantled the Red Ribbon Army.

Physically, Cyborg #14 is a towering and powerfully built figure, standing at an imposing 229 centimeters tall and weighing 154 kilograms. He has a notably large and muscular frame, a bald head, and metallic blue-grey skin, which distinguishes him from his android brethren. His attire consists of a long green skirt, brown gloves, a brown belt and shoulder guard, and yellow and black boots. In terms of personality, Cyborg #14 is characterized by his extreme silence. He is a stoic and taciturn machine, rarely speaking and only uttering the name Son Goku when he identifies his target. He shows no emotion or independent thought, acting purely as a blunt instrument of destruction.

The character's primary motivation is simply the execution of his programming: to locate and terminate Goku by any means necessary. His role in the story is that of a powerful enforcer. Alongside his smaller and more talkative partner, Cyborg #15, he first attacks Goku and his family in a city, forcing the heroes to relocate the battle to a remote glacial region to prevent civilian casualties. Cyborg #14 serves as a significant physical obstacle for the supporting heroes. His raw strength and durability allow him to easily overwhelm Goku in his standard form and later dominate the young warrior Future Trunks, who is unable to land a decisive blow even with his sword.

Cyborg #14’s key relationships are with his fellow creations, Cyborg #13 and Cyborg #15. He and #15 act as a coordinated team, often ganging up on a single opponent and using combination attacks. While #13 acts as the leader of the trio, #14 and #15 function as his powerful subordinates. Their ultimate purpose, however, is to serve as components for their leader. After Cyborg #14 is sliced in half and destroyed by a Super Saiyan Future Trunks, his remaining internal mechanisms are absorbed by Cyborg #13, who uses them to transform into the far more powerful Super Cyborg #13.

Regarding his abilities, Cyborg #14 is specifically designed for close-quarters combat. He possesses immense strength and speed, able to keep up with and even outmatch Super Saiyan-level fighters. One of his most notable feats of physical prowess is catching the blade of Future Trunks's sword with his bare fingers, stopping the attack completely. In addition to his formidable hand-to-hand skills, he can fly and project energy blasts from his hands. The character does not undergo any significant development in the film, remaining a static, unchallenging force of nature until his destruction. His defeat serves primarily to demonstrate the increased power of the Super Saiyan transformation and to create the conditions for a more dangerous villain.
