Mutenroshi, also known as the Turtle Hermit, is a venerable martial arts master and the creator of the legendary Kamehameha technique. In Dragon Ball Movie 3: Mystical Adventure, he serves as the teacher of Son Goku and Kuririn, having taken them on as disciples at his secluded island home known as Kame House.
