Mutenroshi, known as the Turtle Hermit, is an elderly martial arts master who appears as a supporting character in the 1996 film Dragon Ball Movie 4: The Path to Power. His background is that of a centuries-old hermit and the creator of the renowned Kamehameha technique, living in seclusion on a small island known as Kame House with his anthropomorphic turtle companion, Umigame.
