Description
Muten, also known as the Turtle Hermit, is an elderly martial arts master who appears as a supporting character in Dragon Ball Movie 4: The Path to Power. He lives on a small island in a house called Kame House, accompanied by his longtime companion, a sea turtle named Umigame.
