This establishment forms the heart of the Watanuki sisters' world, having been their second home after their mother's passing. Ōmori shares a deep bond with the sisters as their childhood friend, evolving into a steadfast older sister figure they consistently rely on for counsel and comfort. Her characterization distinctly features a tendency to be easily frightened. Under her management, Masako transforms into the central hub where the sisters, alongside new characters introduced in the second season – including regular patrons and maternal relatives – regularly congregate.
