Pyotr Maximoff is a character from the anime film series Cyborg 009: Call of Justice, where he appears as a supporting antagonist across the three chapters of the story. He holds the official position of director of the United Nations Guardians, a role that places him in a position of considerable authority and public trust within the international security framework.
