Description
Katasuke Tōno is a tokubetsu jōnin of Konohagakure who serves as the head of the Scientific Ninja Weapons Team, an organization dedicated to the research and development of advanced technology for the shinobi world. Following the Fourth Great Shinobi War, he assumed a leadership role in an initiative to aid survivors with debilitating injuries, focusing on creating advanced prosthetics to restore mobility and functionality. His work in this field allowed him to help numerous individuals, including the former shinobi Ao, for whom he developed prosthetics that enabled a return to independence. He also extended his expertise to create a prosthetic limb for Chamaru, a ninken of the Inuzuka clan, an act that inspired Akita Inuzuka to become his assistant.
