Description
Shinnosuke Tsuji serves as a B-rank Attacker in Border's Ninomiya Squad, having been demoted from A-rank alongside his team after former member Mirai Hatohara defected to the Neighborhood. Hatohara left approximately three years following Tsuji's enlistment, after Border removed her from the Away Team due to her refusal to shoot people.
