Nagayuki Tsumita, known by his Zodiac name Tatsumi Kyoudai Ani, is a participant in the twelfth Zodiac Tournament, representing the Dragon. Born on November 11, he stands 164 centimeters tall and weighs 58 kilograms, with ochre hair and golden eyes. He is the older twin brother of Takeyasu Tsumita, the Snake warrior, and together they form a close-knit duo known as the Tatsumi Brothers. The two operate as mercenaries, fighting for financial gain and looting their enemies as they kill them, reflecting a pragmatic and ruthless approach to combat. Nagayuki possesses the ability of Flight, using a tank of liquid nitrogen to propel himself through the air and gain a bird's-eye view of the battlefield. From this aerial vantage point, he drops freezing explosives to attack opponents from above, while his brother uses ground-based sensory abilities to track enemies. This synchronized fighting style allows the brothers to complement each other effectively. In the tournament, Nagayuki and Takeyasu are among the early casualties, swiftly killed by the Rabbit warrior, Usagi, shortly after arriving at the central gathering hall. After their deaths, their bodies are reanimated and controlled by Usagi as undead puppets. Nagayuki's development is cut short by his early demise, and his role in the story primarily highlights the brutal and unpredictable nature of the battle royale, as well as the tragic fate of a pair of brothers who entered the war together and met a violent end.
