Description
Basile Hardy, known in the original Japanese version as Sasuke Kozoumaru, is a central character in the Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin anime as a forward for the Raimon team formed by players from the remote island. Before moving to the island as a transfer student, Basile had a difficult start in soccer, originally playing as a defender where he struggled to improve despite rigorous daily training. His path changed when he witnessed a robbery; while chasing the thief, another person stopped the criminal with a powerful soccer kick. That person was Axel Blaze, a famous forward from Kirkwood Junior High who told Basile that if he could not find the right path from his current perspective, he should look at the other side. Taking this advice to heart, Basile switched from defense to forward and developed a deep, lifelong admiration for Axel Blaze, whom he considers his idol. From that day on, he dedicated himself to evolving as a striker in his own way, eventually aiming to master Axel's signature technique, Fire Tornado.
