Noir Vinocacao is a member and the central figure of Génoise, the elite bodyguard unit that serves directly under Prince Gaul Galette des Rois. She first appears in the third episode of the first season of Dog Days. She is fourteen years old and stands 148 centimeters tall. She has the appearance of a black cat, with waist-length black hair and red eyes, and is known for her expressionless and quiet demeanor. Despite her cool exterior, she is highly competitive and stubborn, and she tends to sulk for a long time when she becomes upset. She has a tendency to appear lost in thought but often forgets the most important matters. In combat, she excels in the use of throwing knives and short swords, defeating opponents with elegant and precise techniques. Later in the series, she begins to study demons and cursed swords under the guidance of Yukikaze and Lady d'Arquien, suggesting a scholarly inclination that may be a family trait, as her ancestor is believed to have been a scholar. Her role in the story is that of a loyal bodyguard and supporting character, participating in battles and missions alongside her teammates in the service of Prince Gaul.
