Leska, whose real name is Cafe au Lait, is the First Princess of the Arara Kingdom and one of the three holy Maidens of Arara. She is the older sister of Cocoa and Milk. Leska initially appears as a minion of the villain Don Harumage, serving as his self-proclaimed secretary and the partner and lover of Da Cider. She is described as sexy, brave, and fond of money, and she tends to be preoccupied with fashion and her appearance. Her personal combat style involves the use of feather darts. At the beginning of the story, Leska and Da Cider act as antagonists to the hero Ramune, but it is later revealed that they were brainwashed by Don Harumage. Her past life as Princess Cafe au Lait is tied to having helped the original hero Ramuness in ancient times. In the OVA Knights of Ramune & EX, Leska works alongside her sisters Milk and Cocoa to find Ramune and Da Cider in order to stop the revival of the new Gobuhriki and save Earth.
