TV Special
Description
Olga Myskina, also romanized as Myskina Olga or Olga Miskina, is a character in the One Piece television special Heart of Gold. She is a native of the lost island Alchemi and its last surviving inhabitant. Though she is 206 years old, she has had the appearance of a six-year-old girl for about 200 of those years. This agelessness is a direct result of the Pure Gold, a substance created by her father that halted her aging and kept a fatal illness from claiming her life.

Olga was born 206 years ago on Alchemi to the brilliant scientist Ashe Myskina and her mother Livia. She spent a happy early childhood with her parents until she fell ill with an incurable disease known as South Blue Emperor Fever. In response, her father developed the Pure Gold, a special metal that stopped her aging and prevented the onset of the illness. The Pure Gold, however, became a prize coveted by the wider world, and the island of Alchemi disappeared, leaving Olga as the sole person who knows where the Pure Gold can be found.

In terms of personality, Olga is an immature, cynical, stubborn, and sharp-tongued girl. She is described as having an unpleasant manner and a foul mouth, and she is openly greedy and manipulative: she plans to use the Straw Hat crew to reach the Pure Gold for herself. A notable quirk is that she tends to think aloud, so the people around her can hear her private schemes and intentions. Her outward behavior combines a childlike demeanor with the weariness and distrust one might expect from someone who has lived more than two centuries.

Olga's central motivation is to reach the Pure Gold, the treasure tied to her father's legacy and her own survival. Because she is the only person who knows its location, she is pursued by both the World Government and the treasure hunter Mad Treasure. Her role in the story is that of a guide and reluctant ally: she encounters the Straw Hat Pirates during their journey and joins forces with them, even as she tries to use them for her own ends.

Her key relationships include her parents. Ashe Myskina, her father, is a shabby-looking man who is actually a highly intelligent scientist, and her mother Livia helped raise her on Alchemi. Mad Treasure serves as her primary antagonist, hunting her relentlessly for the Pure Gold, while the World Government views her as the key to securing the treasure. Her interactions with the Straw Hat crew define much of her time in the special, as she gradually moves from treating them as tools to standing beside them in the final confrontation.

Over the course of the special, Olga develops from a self-centered schemer into someone who must confront the legacy of her father's creation and what happened to her home. Her memories of Alchemi and her father's work give her an emotional depth beneath her abrasive exterior, and she ultimately plays a decisive part in the conflict over the Pure Gold.

In terms of abilities, Olga has no notable combat powers or Devil Fruit abilities. Her main assets are her intimate knowledge of the lost island Alchemi and the Pure Gold, along with her centuries of accumulated experience. She is also connected to Bonbori, a lanternfish Sea King with three stomachs that is drawn to Pure Gold; during a battle, a ring containing a piece of the substance that she drops into the sea summons the creature, which had swallowed the Pure Gold whole long ago.

Physically, Olga appears as a tall child with long, wavy blonde hair tied with a red bow on top of her head, large red eyes, and expressive features that often show her teeth when she reacts strongly. Her youthful look, preserved by the Pure Gold, stands in sharp contrast to her true age of 206 years.
