Description
Nono Natsume is a main protagonist in the series. She is the younger sister of Nina Natsume, the proprietress of the Natsume-ya teahouse. Nono lives and trains as an apprentice Urara, a fortune teller, at the teahouse. She is fifteen years old, stands 152 centimeters tall, and has orange hair tied at chest length with blue‑lime or petrol‑colored eyes. She typically wears the traditional Urara apprentice outfit: a white tunic with pink collar and cuffs, a pink hakama, a red obi belt, and white sandals.
Nono is extremely shy and timid by nature. She has difficulty communicating directly with new people and often relies on a beloved doll named Mako, which was left to her by her late mother, to act as an emotional intermediary. Despite her extreme shyness, Nono possesses a strong desire to become a first‑rank Urara so that she can help others with her divination powers. She is gentle and kind‑hearted, and she deeply cares about her friends and sister.
Her motivation stems from her family background. Nono comes from a family of diviners and has inherited a powerful ability to communicate with the spirits of the land. Her goal is to become a great Urara like her mentor, Nonoko Arahabaki, and use her abilities to assist people. However, she constantly struggles with her own lack of confidence and self‑doubt, which often causes her to question her skills. Over the course of the story, she gradually grows both as a person and as a Urara, learning to trust her instincts and open up to others.
