TV-Series
Description
Fūki Iinchō is a prominent character known for her role as the strict and serious president of the school's disciplinary committee. Her name is actually a title meaning "Morals Chairman" or "Disciplinary Committee President," and her personal name is never revealed throughout the series. Physically, she is depicted as a beautiful, fair-skinned teenage girl with long, dark blue hair that reaches her mid-back, often styled with a white clip holding back the left side, and light brown eyes. Standing at 165 centimeters tall and weighing 52 kilograms, she cuts an imposing yet graceful figure.

At the start of the story, Fūki Iinchō is defined by her serious and bossy demeanor, diligently trying to fulfill her responsibilities as the head of the disciplinary committee. She is academically gifted, consistently ranking within the top five of her class, and values order, logic, and diligence above all else. Her world is turned upside down when Akuru Akutsu, the studious and level-headed male lead, inadvertently pays her some princely compliments. When he remarks that she is far more attractive than the chaotic Yoshiko or offers his help to her, his earnest words spark an intense and unexpected infatuation.

This crush fundamentally reshapes her personality and motivations, sending her spiraling into behavior that directly contradicts the very principles she once upheld. She begins to obsessively stalk Akuru, following his every move and attempting to justify her actions as concern for his well-being or a part of her duties as the morals chairman. Unaware of how extreme her behavior appears, she engages in highly deviant acts, including lying in bed with him without permission and spying on him while he bathes, all while convincing herself that these are righteous acts of supervision. Her mind frequently drifts into lewd fantasies about him, and she blushes heavily whenever she imagines a romantic scenario, though she struggles to express her feelings in a healthy way. She is so blinded by love that she fails to realize how insane and erratic her actions seem to others, a delusion so strong that when a friend finally tries to point it out to her, the truth devastates her to the point where the friend must take it back for her own mental stability.

Her key relationships are primarily defined by this obsession. Her dynamic with Akuru is the core of her character; while he generally perceives her as a nuisance or a weirdo, his earlier accidental kindness solidified her devotion. She harbors a deep and open hatred for Yoshiko Hanabatake, the titular "idiot girl." This animosity stems from two sources: professional frustration with Yoshiko's constant rule-breaking and chaos, and personal jealousy, as she views the airheaded Yoshiko as a romantic rival who might steal Akuru away. She also frequently clashes with Yoshiko over the latter's rude habit of groping her breasts. Conversely, she shares a generally good relationship with the calm and sensible Sayaka Sumino. Sayaka often serves as the sole voice of reason, acting as a concerned confidant who tries to help Fūki recognize her dramatic nature and even gives her advice on how to win Akuru's affection, though Sayaka secretly worries about her friend's mental health.

Despite her initial intelligence and authority, Fūki Iinchō's story is one of a gradual fall from grace, orchestrated entirely by her own unhinged crush. She demonstrates a notable lack of self-awareness, never realizing that her actions to get closer to Akuru actually make her look just as strange and abnormal as Yoshiko, the person she despises. This realization eventually dawns on her with the help of Sayaka, leading her to try and mend her ways. However, these attempts are largely unsuccessful, as her obsessive nature tends to win out. Her love for Akuru is so consuming that, despite being a top student, she willingly requests to repeat a grade simply so she can be in the same academic year as him and spend more time in his proximity. While she is technically very smart and capable, her defining ability is her complete lack of self-control when it comes to romance, transforming a model student into a stalker who brings as much anarchy to the school as the idiots she initially sought to control.
