Description
Kitt Lopez is a young boy with bright orange hair and green eyes, known for his energetic and cheerful personality. He is a junior member of the prestigious Spanish Beyblade team, BC Sol, and is the son of Ange Lopez. His best friend is a fellow junior member named Honey Guten. Kitt is deeply enthusiastic about the sport, showing a strong interest in the power and performance of different Beyblades. He often carries a device called a Bey Analyzer to study how a Bey moves and battles.
Friendly and outgoing, Kitt makes new acquaintances easily, quickly becoming friends with the protagonist Valt Aoi soon after they meet. He is a loyal and vocal supporter, always cheering for his friends Valt and Rantaro Kiyama during their battles. Despite his good-natured enthusiasm, Kitt can be easily distracted. On one notable occasion, he was assigned to escort Valt to the BC Sol headquarters but instead spent an entire day showing him around Spain, an incident that drew a reprimand from the team manager, Kristina Kuroda. He also possesses a mischievous streak, particularly towards those he perceives as inexperienced. This is most evident when he playfully steals Valt's Beyblade, Valtryek V2, shortly after Valt's arrival in Spain.
Kitt's role in the story is primarily that of a supporting character and a young friend to the main cast. Over time, he progresses from being an observer to an active Blader in his own right. Initially, he does not have his own Beyblade, but in the subsequent series, Beyblade Burst Turbo, he returns as a competitor with his own Beyblade. His primary Beyblade is Air Knight, which features the 12Expand Disc Frame and an Eternal performance tip. In later installments, he upgrades to other Beyblades, including Whirl Knight. As a Blader, he enjoys flying not just in battle, but also as an avid hang-glider. His abilities with Air Knight include special moves that manipulate air currents, such as Air Launch, which pushes opponents away, and Knight Flyer, which uses an opponent's attack to launch into the air and reduce falling speed to drain the opponent's stamina.
