Lolopechka is the princess and ruler of the Heart Kingdom, a nation rich in natural mana. She inherits the magical power and accumulated wisdom of all previous queens, a legacy that grants her immense mana reserves and the title of the Omniscient Princess. She also serves as the priestess and host for Undine, the water spirit, who has bonded with Heart Kingdom princesses for generations. Through this contract and the inherited knowledge, Lolopechka possesses a vast amount of magic power rumored to rival the combined strength of all the Clover Kingdom’s Magic Knight squads. Her primary magical ability is Water Magic, which she can enhance with the Heart Kingdom’s unique Mana Method technique, allowing her to create large, powerful spells by forming arrays of runes. She uses this power to maintain a barrier around the entire kingdom, alerting her to any unauthorized entry, and to monitor the land and its people from her chamber. Despite her overwhelming mana, Lolopechka has no attack spells; her innate kindness prevents her from learning offensive magic, though she can use healing magic. This gentle nature defines her personality. She is a deeply caring and benevolent ruler who views her role and Undine’s as a mother tending to the kingdom as her children. She is also notably clumsy, often tripping over her own feet, and admits to feeling fear and insecurity about her ability to lead, especially after her encounter with the Dark Triad. Her primary motivation is the protection and welfare of her people, which leads her to form an alliance with the Clover Kingdom against the Spade Kingdom. She agrees to train several Magic Knights, including Asta, Noelle, Mimosa, Secre, and Finral, using the magic stages and Mana Method to prepare them for battle. However, the devil Megicula, seeking to manifest in the human world, had already cursed Lolopechka a year prior, giving her only one year to live. The curse, known as the Evil Goddess’s Curse, was intended to weaken and eventually kill her so Megicula could claim her soul. After the curse, Vanica Zogratis and Megicula invade the Heart Kingdom, and Lolopechka is defeated and taken hostage. Her wisdom is extracted and used to accelerate the growth of the Tree of Qliphoth, and she is placed under mind control, forced to attack her friends. Her contract with Undine is temporarily dissolved, and her magic is corrupted into Demon Water Magic as Megicula transforms her into a devil. She is eventually saved by Noelle and Nozel Silva, and after breaking free of her curse and control, she reunites with Undine and resumes their contract. Through this ordeal, Lolopechka overcomes her self-doubt and fear, growing from a hesitant ruler into a more confident leader willing to stand against overwhelming threats for the sake of her kingdom and allies.
