TV-Series
Description
Lolopechka is the princess and ruler of the Heart Kingdom, a position she inherited from previous generations of queens. She is also the priestess of Undine, the spirit of water, with whom she maintains a contract that has existed for many generations within the royal line. As the Heart Kingdom’s ruler, she is often referred to as the All-Knowing Mage because she possesses a vast library within her own mind that contains the accumulated experiences, learning, and wisdom of all the queens who came before her. This inherited knowledge allows her to predict possible futures with high accuracy and to devise strategies for the defense of her kingdom.

Her background is marked by the immense magical power she has inherited, making her one of the most formidable mages in the series. Her mana reserves are described as unfathomably large, and she has the ability to sense mana across the entire Heart Kingdom, monitoring every citizen and visitor. She uses her magic to maintain a protective barrier around the kingdom’s borders, alerting her to unauthorized entry. Despite her power, Lolopechka is naturally kind-hearted and gentle, which prevents her from learning offensive spells. Undine notes that her innate kindness is the reason she cannot access attack magic or achieve the Saint Stage, a heightened state available to spirit hosts. Instead, she focuses on healing magic and supportive abilities.

Lolopechka’s personality blends a serious sense of duty with a somewhat clumsy and distractible demeanor. She often trips or appears absent-minded in casual settings, but she is deeply committed to her role as queen and cares profoundly for her people. She uses her water magic not only for protection but also to help grow forests and crops, ensuring the prosperity of the Heart Kingdom. Her motivations are rooted in protecting her subjects and upholding the responsibilities of her lineage. When she first meets the Black Bulls and other Clover Kingdom mages, she opens up about her fears and admits that she struggles with the weight of her position.

Her role in the story becomes particularly pivotal when the Spade Kingdom’s Dark Triad, especially Vanica Zogratis and the devil Megicula, target her. Megicula places a curse on Lolopechka called the Evil Goddess’s Curse, leaving her with only one year to live. Megicula requires three powerful female mages to manifest fully in the human world, and Lolopechka is the third victim after Vanica and Acier Silva. This curse defines much of Lolopechka’s arc: she searches for a way to break it while continuing to govern, and she agrees to train Asta, Noelle, Secre, Mimosa, and Finral in the Heart Kingdom’s unique Mana Method to prepare for the coming conflict. Later, Vanica and Megicula kidnap Lolopechka, and the curse is used to turn her into a devil-like state, forcing her to fight against her allies. She is eventually rescued by Noelle and Nozel Silva, after which her contract with Undine is restored.

Key relationships include her bond with Undine, who acts as both a guide and companion. She forms a close friendship with Noelle Silva and Mimosa Vermillion, confiding in them about her fears of dying from the curse. She also works closely with Gadjah, the leader of the Heart Kingdom’s Spirit Guardians. Her interactions with the Clover Kingdom mages show her willingness to collaborate and share knowledge despite the pressures she faces.

Over the course of the story, Lolopechka develops from a sheltered and anxious ruler into a more confident and resolute leader who learns to trust her allies. Even when her curse is exploited and she is turned against her friends, she retains her core kindness and ultimately rejoins the side of good.

Her notable abilities center on Water Magic, which she can shape into powerful streams and constructs. She uses the Mana Method, a specialized technique from the Heart Kingdom that enhances the size and power of her spells. By combining this with Mana Zone and Undine’s support, she can create massive magical arrays. Her enhanced mana sensory allows her to perceive everything within her kingdom. The inherited knowledge of past queens grants her encyclopedic wisdom and strategic insight. Although she lacks direct offensive spells, her healing and defensive capabilities make her an invaluable asset. Under the influence of Megicula’s curse, her magic was temporarily transformed into Demon Water Magic, allowing her to attack, but this was against her will. After being freed, she resumes her original abilities.
