Naomi, designated Code 703, is a former Parasite from the Thirteenth Plantation. She was the original partner of Hiro, but she was unable to become a pilot because of his inability to synchronize with a Franxx. During the events of the first episode, the plant transportation she was traveling on was attacked by a klaxosaur, resulting in the loss of her right arm. Following this incident, she was forced to leave Plantation 13.
