Niro Androalphus is a demon student at Babyls Demon School and the younger brother of Ichiro Androalphus. He hails from the Androalphus family, renowned for their negotiation expertise. Despite aspiring for battle glory, both brothers received extensive negotiation training from childhood. This internal conflict drove them to abandon Babyls' entrance ceremony and seek combat on the northern battlefields, where they were swiftly overwhelmed and nearly killed. Rescued by General Furfur, he took them as disciples. Furfur trained them to overcome their hatred for their inherited abilities, dubbing them the "Dorodoro brothers."
Physically, Niro possesses medium height and fair skin. His short blond hair features aqua-blue gradient ends, complemented by two aqua-blue stripes on each side of his head and cyan feathers with dark blue centers at the back. His eyes typically remain closed but reveal yellow, triangular-shaped pupils when open. Four fangs are present, the lower two visible even when his mouth is closed. He wears a light green military uniform adorned with a gray ribbon and belt, plus a rectangular patch labeled "2" on the left arm. His pants display the kanji "泥" (doro). Brown gloves, boots, and two golden earrings in his right ear complete his attire.
Niro's primary ability is "Trigger," a bloodline magic utilizing provoking words to gradually incite opponents into insanity or drive magical beasts into berserk rampages—an ability praised by General Furfur. He augments this power with strategic analysis, frequently using a mobile device to research opponents and tailor provocations for maximum effect. In combat, he partners seamlessly with Ichiro in "Unparryable Unison," where Niro issues precise tactical instructions executed flawlessly by Ichiro, creating an unbeatable synergy.
His core motivation stems from deep loyalty to General Furfur, whom he reveres as the strongest and most charismatic soldier. When Furfur departed to train the Abnormal Class, Niro and Ichiro investigated, mistakenly identifying Asmodeus Alice and Sabnock Sabro as Furfur's trainees. This misunderstanding prompted their return to Babyls during the Harvest Festival to reclaim their mentor. They employed Trigger to provoke both magical beasts and students, escalating chaos to draw out their targets. Their actions culminated in a confrontation with Asmodeus and Sabro, though their plan resolved without further conflict after reconciling with Furfur.
Niro's development centers on embracing his bloodline abilities under Furfur's guidance, transitioning from viewing them as a hindrance to battle glory to leveraging them as strategic assets. His relationship with Ichiro remains foundational, characterized by unwavering trust and complementary roles in both combat and decision-making.
