Description
Radice Riloto is a character introduced in the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. He serves as the auditor of Tekkadan's Earth Branch, where he is normally in charge of accounting and administrative work. Unlike the soldiers who make up most of Tekkadan's ranks, Radice is a bureaucratic figure who operates behind the scenes, managing the financial and clerical side of the organization's operations on Earth.

In terms of personality, Radice is condescending toward the members of Tekkadan and frequently looks down on them. He is frustrated by what he sees as their inability to think rationally and logically, and this irritation leads to repeated clashes between him and the group. He is also cunning and selfish, traits that become central to his role in the story. Rather than remaining loyal to the organization that employs him, he accepts a bribe from Galan Mossa and secretly betrays Tekkadan, placing his own interests above the well-being of his colleagues.

Radice's motivation stems from his self-interest and his disdain for Tekkadan's values and methods. His role in the narrative is that of a supporting antagonist in the second season, acting as an internal threat who undermines Tekkadan from within while it is already facing external pressure from Gjallarhorn. His relationship with the Tekkadan members is marked by mutual hostility, while his secret alliance with Galan Mossa demonstrates his willingness to side with enemies for personal gain.

Radice does not undergo a significant redemptive development. Instead, his trajectory reinforces the contrast between Tekkadan's loyalty and the corruption of those who oppose it from within. His notable abilities are not combat related; his skills lie in handling accounts, administration, and manipulation, which he uses to advance his own position even at the expense of others.
