Her typical attire includes a practical white blouse, trench coat, ankle-length skirt, lace-up boots, and the mandatory Eldian armband. Following two consecutive months spent in Titan form during the Marley-Mid East War, she lost some ability to walk upright, often relying on a crutch. When unobserved, she moves naturally on all fours due to the extended Titan use. Her Cart Titan form stands four meters tall on all fours, featuring an elongated torso suited for carrying supplies and an adaptable elongated face capable of mounting weaponry. Lacking distinct female characteristics and possessing short dark hair, this Titan's primary trait is exceptional endurance. At the Battle of Shiganshina, she transported supplies, scouted for the Beast Titan, concealed Bertholdt Hoover, and later rescued Zeke Yeager and Reiner Braun from capture. During the Fort Slava assault, her Cart Titan was outfitted with armor and machine guns to destroy enemy bunkers alongside the Jaw Titan. She later identified inconsistencies in a disguised soldier escorting her and Porco Galliard, leading to their capture but also enabling their rescue by her Panzer Unit. Pieck infiltrated Paradis Island using a stolen Survey Corps uniform, joining the Yeagerists undercover. In the final battle against Eren Yeager's Founding Titan, she exploited the Cart Titan's endurance to perform rapid successive transformations—freeing herself from entrapment and landing critical blows on Eren's Titan form.
