Description
Hitoshi Sugoroku is the younger brother of Hajime Sugoroku and works as a low-ranking guard at Nanba Prison, specifically assigned to Building Four. His first appearance in the story occurs when inmate Jyugo notices a beautiful woman in the prison, only for Hajime to reveal that this person is actually his younger brother.
In terms of appearance, Hitoshi presents a stark contrast to his older brother. He is a slim, effeminate man of below-average height with fair skin and very long, light blond hair that reaches past his waist. While his natural eye color is dark red, he wears light blue colored contacts. His personal style is highly distinctive, as he favors lolita-fashion, often wearing dresses adorned with bows and ribbons. When he begins his duties as a guard, he modifies the standard uniform heavily, wearing a white jacket with pink ruffles, a red belt with a heart-shaped buckle, a large red bow, and white boots decorated with multiple bows.
