Kate Takenomiya serves as the president of the official Aboveground Student Council at Hachimitsu Academy and stands as the primary rival to Mari Kurihara, the leader of the Underground Student Council. She is a slightly short and slim young woman with striking scarlet-orange hair styled into two distinctive drill-shaped curls, which have become her most recognizable feature.
