Description
Agesaku Katsumata is the second-generation owner of a tonkatsu restaurant called Shibukatsu, located in the Shibuya district of Tokyo. He is the father of the protagonist, Agetaro Katsumata, and is married to Katsuyo Katsumata. As the head chef and proprietor of the family establishment, Agesaku is a large and physically imposing man who takes his role as a tonkatsu chef very seriously.
