Description
Lilith is a humanoid Trion Soldier originating from the nation of Ergates in the Neighborhood. She was created by a scientist named Lamia and appears exclusively in the Fugitive Arc, an anime-only storyline within the World Trigger series. She has long green hair, magenta eyes, and pale skin. In her standard form she appears as a young girl, but she can transform into a battle mode that grants her greatly enhanced speed, rivaling that of the Trion Soldier known as Scare. In this mode she can also fire a powerful, large-scale laser beam.
Lilith’s background is tied to Xeno, a researcher from Ergates who defected from his home nation. He discovered Lilith in a laboratory and, recognizing her as a new type of Trion Soldier, chose to protect her and flee with her to Earth. Their escape made them fugitives, pursued by Giev and Charon, two agents from Ergates who seek to retrieve Lilith. Her motivations center on survival and on protecting Xeno, whom she trusts deeply. She initially remains hidden, but as the conflict escalates she is forced to reveal her true nature and join Xeno in fighting alongside the Border agents, particularly Osamu Mikumo’s group.
Her key relationships include Xeno, who acts as her guardian and companion; Chika Amatori, who befriends her and helps her feel more at home; and Giev and Charon, who serve as antagonists driven to capture or neutralize her.
