Belukia, also known as Belkia or Berukia, is a character from the anime and manga series Servamp. He is a vampire and a member of Tsubaki's subclass, serving as one of his most loyal followers and best friends. His background indicates he is originally from Romania. Physically, he is a tall vampire, standing at 184 centimeters, with a birth date of November 10th. He has a very eccentric and flamboyant appearance, characterized by his long pink hair which he typically wears in a ponytail, and matching pink glasses. His outfit resembles that of a stage magician or a street performer, consisting of a white suit and a white top hat. Like many of Tsubaki's subordinates, he wears a black band around his neck.
Belukia's personality is extremely over-the-top and theatrical. He is very vain and thrives on attention, disliking being ignored or anything he considers somber. He often acts like a showman, treating his actions and even his fights as performances deserving of applause and cheers. Despite his comical and exaggerated demeanor, he possesses a cruel and ruthless side, willing to kill people without hesitation to drink their blood. His loyalty to Tsubaki is a defining trait, and he is frequently seen by his master's side, carrying out his orders. He has a playful and teasing relationship with his fellow subclass members, particularly Sakuya, and enjoys giving nicknames to others.
