Misono Alicein is a fifteen-year-old boy and the youngest member of the wealthy Alicein household. He was born as the son of Mikado Alicein and his half-brother Mikuni’s teacher, an affair that led to his mother being murdered by Mikuni’s mother out of jealousy. Afterward, he was raised by Mikado and his wife as their own son, though the stepmother eventually tried to kill him. In the ensuing struggle, Mikuni killed his own mother to protect Misono, an event that so traumatized the boy that his memories were altered by the family's Servamp, Snow Lily, to shield him from the truth. Mikuni then left the household, and Misono was led to believe his brother had abandoned them for unknown reasons. Misono spent much of his childhood confined to the Alicein villa due to his frail constitution, educated privately and isolated from peers. After his grandfather’s death, he encountered the seventh Servamp, All of Love, who had lost his previous Eve. Misono renamed him Snow Lily and formed a contract, making him his Servamp and protector.

At first impression, Misono appears arrogant, impolite, and cold, but this demeanor masks a genuinely kind and caring nature. He is stubborn and often insists on getting his way, and although he wishes to act mature, his overprotective upbringing has left him childish in many ways. He fears simple things like the dark, snow in his clothes, or bubbles in his eyes, and he never learned common childhood games, often pretending to know the rules rather than admit ignorance. Despite these quirks, he deeply values the few friends he has and is fiercely loyal. His primary motivation is to become stronger so he can protect those around him rather than always being the one who needs protection. He resents his own physical weakness and pushes himself to overcome it.

In the story, Misono serves as the Eve of the Servamp of Lust and plays a key role in the conflict against the rogue Servamp Tsubaki. He initially demands that Mahiru Shirota hand over his own Servamp, Kuro, intending to use his power, but Mahiru’s offer of an alliance surprises him and marks the beginning of a genuine friendship. Misono comes to regard Mahiru as his first true friend, and their bond grows through mutual concern and cooperation. He also develops a friendly, teasing relationship with Tetsu Sendagaya, who calls him “shortie” and respects his planning abilities. His relationship with his half-brother Mikuni is complicated; he harbors hostility and resentment because he believes Mikuni abandoned the family, but underlying that is a long-buried affection that surfaces as the truth of their past is revealed.

Misono’s development is marked by his gradual opening up to others and learning to trust. He begins to accept help and companionship, moving away from his isolated, defensive posture. His notable ability as an Eve is the Execution Block of the Red Queen, which he performs alongside Snow Lily. By flanking an opponent, Misono forces them into a chair, immobilizing them, while Snow Lily strikes with his scythe. The attack does not harm the body physically but deals severe damage to the opponent’s soul. Outside of battle, Misono often sits in his Lead, a throne-like chair that symbolizes his contract with Snow Lily, and he relies on it for support due to his low stamina.
