Natsuko is a young thief introduced in the later episodes of the 1994 OVA series New Cutey Honey. She first appears in the fifth episode as a criminal attempting to extort a ransom using a nuclear bomb, operating under the belief that in Cosplay City she cannot trust anyone and must rely only on herself. She has a streetwise, self-sufficient demeanor, and she is initially presented as a tough, sassy individual with a playful and cheeky attitude.
