Description
Otto Motou is a supporting character in the anime Comet Lucifer. He is a teenage boy with blue hair cut to ear length and blue eyes. His appearance is marked by the formal outfit of a young butler: a black jacket over a white collared shirt, a purple cape, a yellow tie, white gloves, khaki shorts, white knee socks, and black boots.
Otto comes from a family that has served the Valov family for generations.
